I’d love to share with you what I’ve learned. I always thought that I lacked exercise discipline, and I scoured websites, read blogs, and purchased motivational books for inspiration. I blamed myself for my lack of willpower, diminishing my self-esteem and minimizing the opportunity for change in the process.

In desperation, I decided to just simply work out every single day for 50 days in a row to see what would happen. Would it get easier? Would exercise become automatic? Would I stop guilt-tripping myself? Would I feel more energetic?
